All turkeys are pasture raised, no hormones, no antibiotics
Turkeys must be ordered by April for November delivery.
$30 deposit required.

We do not guarantee exact weights.
We will try to make sure they are in the appropriate
weight range. For instance, if you order a 12pound turkey, it will be between 10 and 14 pounds.
Turkeys will be frozen. Butchering is planned for early November.
Heritage birds tend to have more dark meat and less breast meat than standard
breeds.
Standard birds have larger amounts of breast meat,
similiar to "grocery store" turkeys.
