A standard Mixed Share usually contains:

•  Beef
•  Chicken
•  Pork
•  Eggs
•  Ground Beef
•  Breakfast meat

Shares average 18 - 20 pounds of meat & eggs.

Value of meat will meet or exceed the share price.

Cuts of meat vary each month.  Meat included depend solely on availability of product.

You may customize your share to a certain extent.  You may eliminate a category (beef, pork, chicken or eggs) and we will substitute with other meats.  For instance, if you raise your own chickens, you would choose "No Eggs."
