A standard Mixed Share usually contains: Shares
average 18 pounds of meat & eggs. Value of meat will meet or exceed the share price. Cuts of meat vary
each month. Meat included depend solely on availability of product. You may customize your share to a certain
extent. You may eliminate a category (beef, pork, or chicken) and we will substitute with other meats. Don't need
eggs? You may substitute 2# of ground beef for the 2 dozen eggs for a $2 upcharge.
