Gearing up?
I guess you could say that we are gearing up in order to gear down. We have about 2 weeks left to finish
wraping things up with the meat chickens (except the last 100 chicks), securing & insulating the buildings for fall, and
other tasks. Then Dave will be harvesting the fields and we will be doubly busy at home.
We are
also gearing up for more events: workplace seminars, Meet the Meat events, booths at various fairs, and just
generally trying to spread the word about this great opportunity!
